This is especially good for people who are moving into a new home, because we clean the carpet before you move in, and if anything gets spilled or tracked on your carpet during the moving process, we will take care of it for you. You are assured that you will get all settled in with a fresh, clean, healthy carpet. Plus, if you are selling a home, we will transfer the “5 Day Bullet Proof Warranty” to the person who bought your old home. Why would we do this? So we can get two happy clients instead of one! If any catastrophe happens to your carpet within the first 14 days after we clean it for you, don’t worry, we will come back and touch it up for you at no charge. This is especially good for people who are moving into a new home, because we clean the carpet before you move in, and if anything gets spilled or tracked on your carpet during the moving process, we will take care of it for you. You are assured that you will get all settled in with a fresh, clean, healthy carpet.

“No Permanent Stains for 1 Year”

If you let us protect your carpet, with ESCC’s Protectant, we will guarantee that you will get no permanent stains for the next year. This means that if you spill something on your carpet, and try to clean it up with our FREE Professional Spot Remover but cannot get it out, all you have to do next is call us and we will remove the spot for free. If we can’t get it out, we will refund all your money for the protectant in that area and you will still get the free spotting trip.

If you do not try to remove the spot yourself or we find that the spot comes off, then we will charge you our minimum service call for removing the spot.

Fine Print (you knew there would be, but it’s not that bad) “No permanent Stains for 1 Year” warrantee does not apply to pet accidents (both #1 and #2) bleach marks, dyes, or physical structural damage to the carpet. Applies only to synthetic carpet. Wool, Cotton & Silk Rugs are excluded from these warranties.

Protectant also helps by retarding soiling of your carpet and upholstery, plus we find that carpets that have been protected last longer and clean up far better than carpets that have NOT been protected. This means that protectant can help lower your cleaning bill and prolong the beauty and life of your carpet.
